In 2079, Grant Clarke, a war criminal, will have to jockey his futuristic war sub through the impossible watery terrain of Europa, Jupiter's distant moon. He has to find a mysterious bacterium with the power to decontaminate water from nuclear waste, and save every living creature on Earth.
